Unleashed

What a powerful way to start the day! These were the words that greeted me this morning in my devotional time. As I re-read the message I became excited about discovering more of God’s Word and was reminded that my strength comes from being in His Word.

Another realization came when I looked up today’s passage and saw the connection. The Gospel is the power of God and the devotional said to get ready to witness the power of God, the Gospel, unleashed in my life.

What will that look like? I believe it will be a new boldness to share the love of Christ with everyone who will listen. I believe it will be a new commitment to pray continually for the lost. I believe it will be words to speak and write to those who need encouraged in the Lord. I believe it will be a season like none other for my walk with Christ and I’m ready!

Lord, Your Word is a lamp for my feet and light on my path. Lead me Lord as only You can.
