Live Boldly

My All

As this series on Mary and Martha draws to an end I’m excited about the many lessons that have been learned along the way and look forward to implementing them in my life.

There have been days that I feel the frustration of Martha with so much to do and have learned to give my schedule to God and see what He thinks is the best way to handle the tasks at hand.

There have been days when all I want to do is sit at Jesus feet and take in everything about Him. Every word, every moment of peace and just be present in His presence.

I’ve been challenged to fling open my doors and show hospitality as if I’m doing it for Jesus. Not worrying about the details, but simply enjoying the company and making the most of the time of fellowship.

My absolute favorite days were the days of my Soul Retreat where I had uninterruped, one on one time with God. What a gift! It is definitely something that I’m going to make a priority each month.

I’m grateful for the reminder not to compare myself with others. God has a plan for them and He has a plan for me. I can only be the best version of myself and that’s what matters to Him.

I especially loved the reminder that Jesus is the Resurrection and the Life. My hope is found in Him. He is my comforter, My Lord, My Savior….My Everything!

Like Mary I want to give my all. Everything I have. Everything I am. Everything I ever will be. All for My King.

Thank you Lord for this amazing study and time with You. Help us to find that Holy Balance of devotion and service. Thank you for loving us, comforting us, teaching us and saving us. I Love You Lord. In Jesus’ name, amen.
