Fear Not! I’m With You

I think one of my favorite lessons from Deborah was the reminder that God is with us and has already gone before us.

As we look back over the years we can see God’s hand in every detail and it’s a beautiful reminder of His presence and faithfulness. But seldom do we remember that He is also present and faithful for every day that is to come.

Take a moment and dwell in the confidence and peace of knowing that the God of Heaven has already gone ahead of us and prepared the way. Repeatedly His word tells us not to fear because He is with us. Imagine how different our lives would be if we took Him at His word.

He walks with us through the valleys, forges the rivers with us, weathers the storms, and takes us to the mountain tops. He knows every hurt, joy, question and doubt along the way and delights in sharing them with us.

What a beautiful, amazing, loving, and adventurous God we have and if that wasn’t enough, we also get to call Him Father.

Be Intentional about leaving fearless in Christ

Father, I want to thank you for the many ways that You have shown Yourself present and faithful. Thank you for giving me no need to fear because You are with me and before me. I am so blessed to be called Yours. In Jesus’ name, amen.
